CARE GUIDE

STRAW TOQUILLA HAT:

We recommend keeping your hats in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. It would be best if you also filled the crown with paper to maintain its original shape. Avoid contact with water or humidity.

Moisten a clean cloth with soapy water and use it to eliminate spots. Rub the dirty spot softly and allow it to dry on a cool, flat surface away from direct sunlight.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping usually takes between 10-21 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method you select. Please note that the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes applied at customs in their country. These are not included in the final price.

RETURNS:

We DO NOT accept returns under any circumstances. We do accept exchanges made within 10 days after date of purchase, only if the item is in its original condition, with the tags still attached.
