We do not accept returns. 

Maki Palmata products can be exchanged up to 15 days after the purchase date, as long as the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached.

How do I exchange a product?
Domestic orders
1) You can contact us at info@makipalmata.com to request an exchange. When you do so, please attach photos of the hat’s condition, and the style and size you want to exchange for.


*We cannot accept international exchanges

Merchandise must be unused and with its original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. 

Damaged or incorrectly delivered articles:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us by email within three (3) business days of receiving the product. A replacement, if available, will be shipped upon receipt. Items that have been damaged by buyer's negligence will not be accepted as a return. All products must be unused in order to be exchanged or refunded.
